Top 10 Tuesday: Book Covers That Feel Like Summer
Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl is hosting another week of Top Ten Tuesday. I enjoy participating each week for a couple reasons. I'm a compulsive list maker and love a good list. And, I love a connection with other readers as I wander their book blogs. Here in the heat of summer the prompt is to share book covers I think feel like summer. What better time of year to choose a book by its cover?? I actually found a number of books I've read or that are on my TBR that have covers that say "summer" to me. So, here goes.
Colors and typeface on these two covers speak to me of summer.
Then, of course, bright colors and the word BEACH, screams summer! (Beach Read on my TBR, Beach Lawyer read a long time ago)
Or, a book with VACATION in the title, because, well Vacation and Summer pair pretty well. I've read both of these; the Emily Henry review pending.
A bit of escapism for summer in these bold, simple, graphic covers. Both on my TBR.
Colorful and multicultural - a winning summer combo. One reviewed and one on my TBR list.
I'm looking forward to my book blog wander on Tuesday as I revel in all the summery covers. Can't wait to see what else shows up. I wonder how many times Beach Read will make a list?
